gpo - Installing chrome extensions via group policy from an offline source

Question

I am trying to add extensions to Google Chrome with a group policy on a network with servers that is not connected to the internet. I have packed the extension in chrome://extensions and host them with IIS. In group policy editor, I enabled the forced-installed apps and extensions and added the following: "anjoggeimnldigfcihcggejncophmhjc;http://storage.xxx.be/chrome/" and yet the extension will not install. What am I doing wrong?
