json to dictionary recursive with full path of property c#

Question

This code creates dictionary of an object but for first depth only. And I would like also to store property keys as a full path of properties in a nested object.

var dic = JsonConvert.DeserializeObject<Dictionary<string, object>>(myObj.ToJson());

 public class A
 {
   public string PropA;
   public B B;
 }
 public class B
 {
   public string PropB;
 }

So I need the property names by the following: 'PropA','B.PropB'. (And their values)

Could you help me how?
