Visualize visNetwork of R, inside Jupyter Notebook

Question

I am trying to visualize a data-set as a Network:

1. with the library visNetwork,
2. using the language R,
3. INSIDE a cell, of Jupyter Notebook.

Edges data-set:

from	to	victories
