virtual machine - How to move app'windows between screens in local and VM

Question

I'm using dual screen in extended mode. I can move my window (webbrowser, pycharm) from once to other by mouse drag/drop easily. Yet, when I need to move a window in my connected VM, I can not move this window. It's stuck at the border of my Labtop'screen and can not move to second larger screen. I spent quite sometime around this not finding solution.
I checked this: dual-monitor-setup-move-windows. but no luck.
Please help.

Are you using remote desktop? It's probably that you are in the VM full screen mode. To move a window in VM,you need to move the VM's window itself, because obviously, all app's window in your VM will be limited in the VM's connection window.
