ngrx - how to handle a shared feature using state management in a monorepo library

Question

The project is using Monorepo and NgRx state management. Monorepo includes two applications and one library (share code to these two applications). I need to move one shared feature A (uses state management) to the library. My question is, should I move this shared feature A and its state management to the library. Or still, keep state management in these two applications. In short, I am not sure how to handle the state management part. Move it to the library or keep it in two applications?
