jquery - How can i get json result in ajax javascript

Question

How do I get the Jason value created with MVC C# code to put it into javascript array? The list value created in back end with c#, like:

public JsonResult listChkHolyday(int id)
        {
            HolydayRepository holydayRepository = new HolydayRepository();
            var holyDay = holydayRepository.Select().Where(x => x.TeacherId == id).ToList().Select(col => 
                new { col.WeeksDay }).ToList() ;
            return Json(new { holyDay }, JsonRequestBehavior.AllowGet);
        }

this is the json valuse: {["WeeksDay","1" ],["WeeksDay","2"],["WeeksDay","3"]} How can i get the json result to an arry in javascript:

        type: 'Post',

        success: function (result) {
