angular8 - Svg Icon not Loading Angular 10

Question

I am working on application using angular 10. When I login into application svg icon doesn't appear. When I reload the page or refresh the page then its working fine. Here is my Login redirection code.

  this.router.navigateByUrl("home");

Here is my angular.json where I import js from assets.

   "scripts": [
          "./src/assets/js/app.js"
        ]

Even after logged into the system it doesn't give me any error. Here is the image before reload and after load
