json - Is is possible to use html upload component in formio?

Question

I am using FormIO Builder to create a form which include upload function. On using FormIOBuilder File element I am able to upload file and post file to database but when I am using HTML Element for upload, I can choose file but on submission the uploaded file fails to store in database. Please anyone let me know if HTML element can be binded to FormIO form and get stored in database?
