Change prices for monthly and anually section by jquery?

Question

I have written some jquery code to change the currency from one to another. I have some different plans for monthly and annually so I used a toggle switch for it and I Just want to know that how to add the price for both plans by my jquery code. Please check the code below

Currently, it shows prices 1500, 2000, 342 for the first three pricing tables. So when I click on annually toggle all the div change to annually from monthly so my question is how to add price for annually section
