How to access the CMS content from ASP.net MVC application?

Question

Is it some reference /link? Can someone explain with an example. In my project the content like the header, footer, contents of the hamburger menu (like text and icon) comes from the CMS. My question is how this can be accessed in your asp.net mvc application. I am working only on the front end . Thanks
