openstreetmap - Exclude lat-long point from osrmRoute (openStreet Map in R)

I'm using R and library(osrm). I've calculated a route using osrmRoute

myroute<-osrmRoute(src= c(lonx,laty), dst
= c(lonx_destino, laty_destino), returnclass = "sp" , overview =  "full")

Nevertheless, I'm trying to avoid a (lat, long) point in this route, in order to obtain an alternative.
I've read the documentation but I only found exclude = "motorway".
I've been surfing the internet looking for more examples, but any of them helps me with something like exclude = c(lat_excl, long_excl)

myroute<-osrmRoute(src= c(lonx,laty), dst
= c(lonx_destino, laty_destino), returnclass = "sp" , overview =  "full",
  exclude = c(lat_excl, long_excl)????? )

Thanks in advance
