Laravel / Docker Localhost:3306 wont connent and gives error "ERR_INVALID_HTTP_RESPONSE"

Question

I installed laravel with WSL on Ubuntu. I followed all the steps in this [documentation(https://laravel.com/docs/8.x/installation) for the windows installation. To double check I also followed this one and made sure all my steps matched this video

My localhost:80 brings me to the right page and loads normally. But I cant oversee my database at localhost:3306 for SQL, and mailhog and redis on localhost:1025 and localhost:6379. When going there all of them just say ERR_INVALID_HTTP_RESPONSE

This is my first time doing anything with Laravel and docker so I don't really have an idea what's wrong or what you would need to know to help me with this. But my docker-compose.yml sql settings are:
