glm - Binomial regression in R using numerator and denominator

I am working on a dataset of vaccination by city and age. The dataset contains, for each city, the number of vaccines taken by age group and the size of each age group (factor variable). I want to preform a binomial regression test using the number of vaccines as the numerator and the size of the group as the denominator. Any ideas how to do this analysis using GLM function?

How the table looks: 1

So far I only found how to compute binomial regression using the proportion, but since the groups are of different size it requires weights and I understood it makes the model slightly inaccurate.

Thanks in advance!
