Is it possible to temporarily change VAT on a product in one individual order?

Depending on the type of sale a product sometimes has a different VAT-% in Sweden.

Example: We sell a spare part with the swedish standard 20%-VAT, but when it is sold as a part of a repair job the same product has a 12%-VAT.
