win10系统改成UTF8编码后powershell变成了英文

win10系统改成UTF8编码后
powershell 提示变成了英文，原来是GBK的时候是中文
cmd也是这样
有知道怎么在UTF8的情况下把powershell改为中文？？？
求求了，这个针的对我很重要，先谢谢了！！
