根据ip地址+端口/xxx访问接口的app项目，如何在换设备后仍能正确访问后端接口？

服务器和项目打包的app都在本地运行，axios请求URL写成本地ip+端口号/xxx，能正常运行，但如果将所有代码全都换到另一台pc上，怎么在不修改代码的前提下，仍能正常运行。
