powerbi - How to use theme to standaedize the colors on visuals in multiple reports?

Question

I have a report for each department. Each report have the same set of visuals that show stacked bar chart of category on x axis, sub category on the bar and gross margin to decide not the size of the stacked bars.

How to standardize the color used for each sub category across all reports?
