string - Center a triple quoted long text in output

Question

I'm creating a small RPG game to help me learn Python, and I'm trying to print a few lines of text with centered alignment. But when I put the text into triple quotes, the .center() method does not work.

If I just make a really long string with ""s for readability, the lines printed into the terminal are also really long. So I have to manually decide where to put a in order to start a new printed line.

Is there a more practical way to do it?

intro_scene.description = "The sound and smell of the rain is very inviting, just begging you to stay here longer,
eating, drinking and listening to the bard's song. The song is actually good, and you haven't heard a talented bard in
a while. Still, you came to this village in search for opportunities to make up your life. Anything would do, but as
you're talented with weapons, your services can be better suited as an adventurer instead of a carpenter."

print (intro_scene.description.center(130)) does not break the lines.
