Detecting sensors position in android mobile xamarin form, xamarin android

Question

is this possible to check sensor position in mobile phone, like where sensor exist on top or on bottom in mobile phone. I am working on a measuring mobile app in this, I am getting different values of these sensor on different mobiles. Might be some mobile have sensors on top or some have on bottom. So can any body help me out in finding sensor position in mobile phone. Your efforts will be appreciated. Thanks
