Read csv from sharepoint folder error python gaierror: [Errno 11001] getaddrinfo failed

Question

Hello I am trying to read a csv file stored in a sharepoint folder into a pandas dataframe and I am getting error that I am not sure how to fix here is my code:

from requests_negotiate_sspi import HttpNegotiateAuth
url = 'https://bonitahouse.sharepoint.com'
fileUrl = 'site/file.csv'
r = requests.get(url + fileUrl, auth=HttpNegotiateAuth())
df = pd.read_csv(r.text)

I am getting an gaierror: [Errno 11001] getaddrinfo failed as well as this error:

ConnectionError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='mysite.sharepoint.comhttps', port=443): Max retries 
exceeded with url:...

Not sure what is going on here. Thanks
