geometry - Executing Wezl Algorithm for given instance of Points

Question

I'm coding the Welzl algorithm for the smallest circle. Rather than computing random points to execute it, i wanna figure out how to execute it from a given instance of points (e.g. Varoumas)

Can u help me ?
