javascript - D3 forced graph add node through HTML form

Question

I am wondering how to use HTML forms to add another node into an data.json file. Where nodes and links are stored. I am aware how to utilize HTML forms to save data into an array but since a D3 forced graph is in need of nodes and links I am confused how to add those correctly.

Goal is to add another node and later one link through a HTML form. Any idea?
