css - One by One Scroll Snap

Question

I have four sections inside a container and I want to scroll this sections one by one vertically. What I did is

#container_home {
  scroll-snap-points-y: repeat(100vh);
  scroll-snap-type: y mandatory;
  overflow-y: scroll;
  height: 100vh;
}

for container. The following is for sections inside container

#sub_section {
  scroll-snap-align: start;
  height: 100vh;
  position: relative 
}

This works great. The only thing is that I want user to scroll one by one and not scroll all at once. For example: now if I am in first section and I scroll quickly I can end to section three or four. What I want is to end on the second from the first, on the third from the second... Thanks
