excel - Using COUNTIFS to count cells containing specific text but within a date range

Question

I am trying to use COUNTIFS to count the number of cells in column P containing the text 'W' from 01 Jan 2021 to 31 Jan 2021. This is on worksheet 'TRADE LOG' and I would like the result displayed on the 'STATISTICS' worksheet.

This is the formula currently in use (or not in use as it happens)

=COUNTIFS('TRADE LOG'!P:P,'TRADE LOG'!B:B,">="&DATE(2021,1,1),'TRADE LOG'!N:N,"<="&DATE(2021,1,31))

Can anyone suggest/see what is wrong?
