maps - How can I get coordinates to polygon from one center point?

Question

I am very new in OpenLayers and working with maps. I need to display polygon around 30 meters from center point. I got only coordinates for center point (and that coordinates are variable) so I wanted to calc 4 new coordinates that are moved 30 meters (on top,down,left,right) from my central point. Is any method that I can use?
