cloud - tracking views per link nginx

Question

I would like to track the amount of https visits my small nginx server gets per link. I can use the access logs and filter on the link, however this only goes back a couple of days, even the compressed ones. What would be the best solution be keep track of this, like weekly or monthly visit counts, graphed would be even better.
