python - Find relations from Brat annotation file

Question

I have annotated text file( a scientific protocol) in online Brat tool. As a result i got annotated(.ann) file that contains relations among entities in a sentence. I want to create a table out of this .ann file that should contain three columns (like Entity1, Entity2, relation-type). For example .ann file looks like this:

E29 Action:T92 Acts-on:T93 Site:T3 Creates:T8 # example1

E31 Action:T94 Using:T95 Acts-on:T15 #example2

E29 shows an event id while T92,T93,T8 are entities ID. What i want is to put this data into a table like

Entity1	Entity2	Relation-type
T92	T93	Acts-on
T92	T3	Site
T92	T8	Creates
