chart.js - Need Chartjs 2 y-axis to share same number of subdivisions

Question

I am working on chartjs and have a plot sharing 2 y-axis. Obviously dataset varies for both scales and thus both y axes scale overlap. I need them to fall on same line ie both y axes should have their own scale but they need to share same number of sub divisions.I tried configuring max and stepsize taking into account 1 y-axis, didnt work. Below is actual vs expected screenshot.
