weblogic - Custom skin / css does not work properly in ADF 12.2.1.4

Question

My web application developed on 12.2.1.3 and when I'm tried to running my application on WebLogic Server Version 12.2.1.4 then any custom skins/css doesn't work.

How can I fixed this problem?
