decode - How to convert RTF text to OOXML format?

Question

I have created a project in that I need OOXML format for adding values to display and I receive RTF format from API.

Sample RTF:

I also try to convert it into HTML and Word format but I am unable to do that. If anyone has an idea about this please help me out.
