Instapy and Python 3.9 ISSUES

Question

I've tried everything but it still says my default python is 2.7. Do you have any other suggestions on how to put python 3.9 as default? I've just done an update on my Mac to MacOS Big Sur 11.1. Also, I'm trying to use Instapy but it won't run the script saying that it's using python 2.7 even though the python opening up it's python 3.9. Would you please help?
