vertical alignment - Multiple pages PDF with special requirement for the very last page

Question

I have a mutliple pages PDF generated.

Last page info:

1. there's some text (several rows) from previous pages (ok with that, it works)

2. I'd like to have certain aligned to the bottom of the page it contains 2 lines of "bla bla", date, place and there's a place stamp+signature also and this should be something like "position: absolute; bottom: 0";

3. the rest of the last page (white space) should be filled with empty lines (something like place for notes) or maybe image "cropped" to fit the content - ok with background-image with size cover or contains - doesn't matter)

any ideas how to get this to work?
