jpa - Alternative to change configurations of tests via 'Edit configurations'

Question

So I need to run tests with eclipselink.mapping.onetomany.defer-inserts=true to have them being green. I set it by changing configurations of tests via 'Edit configurations' but I'd like to do it different way to avoid making everyone to adjust their configurations. In this case I must also find a way to configure Jenkins tests to make tests green there. Is there a configuration file that I can change, that will help me with avoiding such changes? I've tried with persistence.xml, domain.xml, jenkins properties file and only changing 'Edit configurations' works.
