magento2 - file could not be downloaded (HTTP/2 504 )

Question

I install magento 2 by composer and error in localhost

[ComposerDownloaderTransportException]
The "https://repo.packagist.org/p2/magento/module-logging.json" file could not be downloaded (HTTP/2 504 )

Plz help me fix it
