classification - Pre-Processing and Analysis the hole of data to execute classifier

Question

As a first application, I'm doing preprocessing and analysis(Feature Extraction)of only one signal ECG(MIT-BIH), but I'm obliged to do for loop to process and extract features of all signals on data to apply a Classifier. Unfortunately, as a beginner, I have an issue to prepare data and execute a classifier. I need orientations and codes source, great Thank you for your comprehension.
