css - Background image suddenly vanished from Chrome

Question

I'm working on a prototype site which you can view here. The .car class has a long sprite background image and gsap animates its position as well as background position to spin the car as the div moves across the page. You can view it in Safari or Firefox to see how it's supposed to function. I was making a couple CSS tweaks this morning to totally unrelated sections of the page, and the sprite background image suddenly stopped showing in Chrome. I've already checked to make sure the browser's loading the image, and I've replaced it with another background image and it displays fine. Any ideas as to why this might be happening?
