I have a data base, which is actual in kannada format but when i stored all value from my csv to to database it showing me character something like this "à2?à3?à2?à3?à2?à3"
and Even when i fetch value and show in my android app it shows same character "à2?à3?à2?à3?à2?à3"

i have hosted my database in Google Cloud using Ubuntu server
there also i had stored same character "à2?à3?à2?à3?à2?à3" and when i fetched in my app it was getting converted in kannada font and displaying properly
But Now i have hosted in Hostinger database and imported all the data but i m facing problem as above
