css - AntD: How to validate form items values has been changed?

Question

I am using ant design to create react application, using form to submit form data.

Steps:

1. Form has 5 fields, which has default values,

2. OnFinish, i wan to notify user, the existing values has been already sent to server ?
3. To achieve this, how to add css of all fields example ( change border color of the all fields )to notify these values are submitted, once user start editing new values css has to disappear
