Google Ads API. What is the API to get ad spend data?

What is the API endpoint for accessing ad spend information in Google Ads API. It has a large set of endpoints and i'm unable to find the api which does this. I tried googling but no luck.

Could someone please provide the API endpoint link on their documentation for ad spent.
