Video conferencing architecture

Question

We are working on a video conferencing app. Currently using SFU architecture. But facing some bandwidth issues at endpoints, depends. Anyone who can suggest(suitable architecture) how I can compete with MCU architecture in terms of bandwidth usage at endpoints. Or SVC architecture suitable for me?. Kindly consider this question as taking an opinion from experts rather than asking without doing any basic study. Thanks in advance.
