dotnetcharting - Positioning Axis-X Title in Data Visualization Charting C#

Question

I am using DataVisualization Charting options in C# to draw my chart. I have also used the X and Y axis titles to be displayed in the chart.

Is there any option available in C# to move the position of X-axis title? My requirement is to move the title to the left and a step above i.e.: with the attached image, text "X-axis title" should be to the left and at same level with text "Illinois"
