amazon ec2 - Mixed-content error and wp-admin page not opening in wordpress launced in ec2 instance

Question

I have created my ec2 instance and configured wordpress as per https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/hosting-wordpress.html. After setting up wordpress everything seems to be working fine.

Since, I need ssl I created a load-balancer url and the load balancer url is hooked to route 53 url.

Then when I opened my blog using router 53 url I am facing below issues,

1. Mixed content errors in home page (https://blog.zeeker.com)
2. https://blog.zeeker.com/wp-admin page doesn't open.

I tried to fix by updating the site url and home in wp_options table of wordpress but even after doing that and restarting server I am facing same issue.
