web applications - Why is Usbwebserver app not working on a DVD?

I made a 2.5 joomla web application and i tried to distribute it on DVDs, the app has been tested and works perfectly normal when the files are present on the hard drive, but when i use the dvd as a usb drive, move the files there and launch it, it doesn't work and it says that mysql is offline in usbwebserver. Note the when i launch the app while it's present on the hard drive i get 2 windows pop out i included them as images, and when i authorize both of them the app works but when i launch it from the dvd i only get the apache window. Also note that if i copy the files back on the hdd from the dvd it still works. Edit : i tried with a usb drive and it works perfectly the same as if i launched it from the HDD. mysql image, apache image
