addressbook - Geolocation Cities

Question

I am building a software where we need cities/countries list. I imported from some source from google, however the issue we are facing is some states/counties, are not listed in that database source and is causing us issues. Is there some standard cities/countries listing we have that I can use ( paid sources are fine too ) but have to be comprehensive.

Source either in JSON or SQL will be appreciated.
