driver - USB 3.0 port issues

Question

my lenovo y50-70 doesn't read any USB drives, i tried all possible solutions provided on the Internet but none worked. My usb 3.0 drivers doesn't stop malfunctioning, it can't be updated nor roll backed. its not a programming question, but help me out please
