networking - calculating the smallest possible bandwidth

Question

Calculate the smallest possible bandwidth which allows for 48 kbs transmission for coding up to 64 signal levels and signal to noise ratio 30 dB. I tried to use the Shannon-hartley theorem but i don’t know what to do with a coding system.
