e commerce - common problems and metric checklist when build eCommerce

Question

I'm finding some common problems when we code the eCommerce system, and some metrics to measure,

Example:

problems:

*many user payment at the same time

*out of stock when do payment (because another payment request done before)

*price is not updated when it is updated in database

*system traffic

Metric

-Login time

-payment time

etc...

some one can show me some article or some longer checklist, thanks
