asp.net - Is there a way to make Write actions on a field that is not Readable iin OData Entity Framework?

Question

I have an entity in OData entity framework

 Public Class User
        Public Property Name As String
        Public Property Age As Nullable(Of Integer)
        Public Property Photo As String

And i want to make Photo not to be exposed at response. Or exposed without a value. But i want to make it writable and updatable. Is there a way to do? I heard about Ignore method from modelbuilder, or [IgnoreDataMember] property but all of these don't work, because i call SaveChanges method of the database context and the field is not filled, is null or blank.
