documentation of C functions in eclipse

Question

I have installed CDT on eclipse but the documentation of functions is not the way I want. I want eclipse to show the documents like the screenshot below

currently, the documentation in my eclipse is like this:

OS: Linux/manjaro/xfce

eclipse version: Eclipse IDE for Java Developers (includes Incubating components)
