telegram - Scrape current files and images using telethon python

Question

I'm using a python code in telethon that only scrapes text from messages in the telegram channel.

def scraping_messages_from_channel(target_channel):
   messages = []
   for message in client.iter_messages(target_channel):
       messages.append(message.text)
   return messages

I want to scrape updated or, we can say, the current message from the telegram channel, and if the message consists of file and text, then the script scrapes both.

Is there any way to complete this task?
